Power Design Inc. needed to significantly increase the number of qualified applicants for on-site construction roles in the Phoenix, AZ market—a region where skilled labor is in high demand and competition for talent is fierce. Their recruiting team was struggling to keep up with open requisitions, and traditional tactics weren’t producing results fast enough.

Advance Recruitment launched a multi-tactic digital campaign targeting skilled construction workers in Phoenix using SEM, Meta Ads, Email Targeting, and Geofencing.
