Introducing Brianna Kime

We are thrilled to introduce Brianna Kime, our newest Account Executive at Advance Recruitment. With her extensive background in sales and human resources, Brianna brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our team.

Originally from Greensboro, NC, Brianna has called Columbia, SC home for the past eight years and proudly supports the Gamecocks. She studied Marketing at the University of South Carolina, where her time at the Darla Moore School of Business significantly shaped her professional journey. The resources and opportunities provided to business majors at USC gave her a competitive edge in the job market.

Brianna began her professional journey as an Events Coordinator at a restaurant group in Columbia, where she gained her first real experience in sales. She then spent several years as an Executive Assistant with a focus on Human Resources before moving into an outside sales role as an Account Manager with a nursing staffing agency. Now, she has joined us at Advance Recruitment, ready to take on new challenges and opportunities.

Brianna continues to reside in Columbia, SC, and will be covering North and South Carolina as well as the eastern side of Tennessee in her new role. Outside of work, she loves warm weather and sunshine, especially when it involves being near a body of water. She and her fiancé enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and trying different styles of food. Although she doesn’t currently have a dog, she often dog-sits for friends.

Brianna is excited to start her journey here at Advance Recruitment. With her background in Human Resources and the Staffing industry alongside the company’s support and resources, she feels equipped to help our clients navigate today’s hiring challenges.
